Pebsters are non-refundable due to their unique nature, except in cases where a damaged item is received. Please review our policy below for details on exchanges and the handling of damaged items.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that a Pebster arrives damaged, you can request a replacement:

  1. Notification Period: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if it is damaged.

  2. Proof of Damage: A video showing the sealed package being opened is required to validate claims.

  3. Exchange Options:

    • You may order another Pebster of similar price, or choose a higher-priced Pebster by paying the additional amount.
  4. Verification Process: Our customer service team will verify the claim within 7-10 business days and guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique nature of our products, Pebsters cannot be returned or refunded except for defective or damaged items as outlined above

Exchanges

We only replace Pebsters if they are defective or damaged. To arrange for an exchange, please contact us at hi@pebster.com and send your item to: 6173 Prestige Lakeside Habitat, Varthur Road, Gunjur, Bengaluru – 560087.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping returns

For returning items due to damage, mail your product to: 6173 Prestige Lakeside Habitat, Varthur Road, Gunjur, Bengaluru – 560087. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the claim is validated and an exchange is processed, shipping costs will not be refunded.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
